What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is practical support for how ADHD actually shows up in daily life.

It's a collaborative process - understanding how your brain works, then building routines, systems and strategies around it, instead of forcing it into ones that don't fit.

  • Understand why things that "should" be easy feel so hard.

  • Build routines that actually stick, because they're designed for your brain, not against it.

  • Get support without needing a diagnosis first.

  • Learn strategies for daily life, work, or parenting that hold up outside a session.

Why it helps

  • Teens and adults with ADHD - diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out

  • Parents raising a neurodivergent kid or teen

  • Anyone tired of advice that wasn't built for their brain

Who it’s for

I'm Fi Waters - a late-diagnosed ADHDer, a parent of neurodivergent kids, and a former teacher and assistant principal with 25 years in education. I also hold a certified ADHD coaching accreditation.

Meet Fi

I know what it's like to be capable and exhausted at the same time, so I built this practice to give people real, workable support instead of another system that doesn't stick.

Support that meets you where you are.

Where to start

  1. Book a session online.

  2. We talk through what's actually going on.

  3. We build strategies that fit your real life.
