ADHD Coaching

One-to-one, judgment-free support for teens, adults and parents.

Sessions are personal, not scripted. We start with understanding — how your brain works, what's actually happening in your life right now — then build tools that hold up outside the session. No shame, no one-size-fits-all systems.

What is ADHD coaching, and how is it different?

ADHD coaching is built around a simple idea - your brain isn't broken.
It just needs strategies designed for how it actually works.

Sessions at Messy Minds are personal rather than scripted - we start with understanding your strengths and your current season of life, then build tools, routines and language that feel doable in the real world, not just on paper.

It's not therapy and it isn't a medical treatment, so there's no diagnosis required and no digging into the past. It's forward-focused and collaborative, and it works alongside any other support you have - therapy, medication, or neither - rather than replacing it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is it therapy?
No - this is non-clinical ADHD coaching. It complements other support, it doesn't replace it.

  • Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out - all welcome.

  • How many sessions will I need?
Depends on your goals. Some people book once, others come back regularly.

  • Where do sessions happen?
Online via Google Meet, or in person in Deniliquin.
