Meet Fi.

Hey, I'm Fi Waters - An ADHD coach and educator of over 25 years.

I’ve spent decades supporting children, families and teachers, and I’ve seen what actually helps and what quietly causes harm.

Messy Minds exists because ADHD doesn’t need fixing. It needs understanding, flexibility and compassion.

Why ADHD Coaching

This work is personal. I know what it's like to feel like you're failing at things that were never built for your brain - and I know what actually helps.

I spent 25 years in classrooms before I properly understood my own brain. I watched capable, switched-on kids carry quiet shame for things that were never really their fault.

Then I became a parent to neurodivergent kids of my own, and was later diagnosed with ADHD myself. Everything I'd written off as 'not trying hard enough' suddenly made sense - and I realised I'd been carrying that shame too. It clicked - what actually helps isn't more pressure. It's understanding.

That's why Messy Minds exists, and why coaching is at the centre of it - real, practical support built around how ADHD brains actually work, without the shame.
