Hey, I'm Fi - An ADHD coach and educator of over 25 years.

I’ve spent decades supporting children, families and teachers, and I’ve seen what actually helps and what quietly causes harm.

Messy Minds exists because ADHD doesn’t need fixing. It needs understanding, flexibility and compassion.
